Coliseum is an excellent location. It's about as central in the game map as you can get, with a portal and mount as easy travel options.

Ornstein...last player standing would be interesting. I've heard a rumour Ornstein admires players who stand together and dislikes those who don't.

Actually i found Runes in League of Legends, yet we can find them on MMORPG games too

To explain it in simple terms, Runes are some Special Rare Items give you Different Passives depends on the rune's type.

For example: Tempest Blessing (i just made it for example lol)
You can adjusting this rune into your items or Skills.
Depends on the verity of item, you may move faster, dodge attacks(1 of each 3 attacks) or attack faster (like increasing attack speed or mana flow for 3 secs with 30 secs cooldown)
There can be tons of side quests to obtain them with BlackSmith NPC who can craft ya gears that can be adjusted by Runes

The skill tree also would let ya combine skills and obtain more new ones, and you can manifest them.
This one need lot of discussions i believe (and its rather an old idea as i remember)
