I am definitely not for jaya
Nothing would please me more than to see jaya jailed but you and i know that is not going to happen
Jaya has killed me many times
You gave me two options: ignorant, on the side of jaya
Is there a third option? If not I'll have to draw a card

Yes, we are reading threads
As someone already noticed, the rule against account sharing is now being strictly enforced, while it was not since a while ago.
There's a post pinned up in forum, announcing the change in enforcement.
We let quite some time pass after the announcement, before starting applying the enforcing policy.
There's a "I accept game rules" option to check in the game's login page, and rules are worded in quite a clear way in several languages
No difference among players' tratement is being done.
Jaya Tci has been released because investigation proven the account was not being shared

Thank you very much for your response. I do know y'all are reading I see y'all browsing this often I have been somewhat pushing for a response from those I have been trying to communicate with.
And yes I am aware of the new rule icon that you are required to agree on in order to play the game, however there are still many players that just click to agree without actually taking a few minutes to look over the rule changes. Those players can be some that cant read well (children) or low educated adults witch obviously that's not implied in this situation. But there are some that is only concerned about building up either clan buildings or their own character. Witch does mean they intentionally are ignoring the new rules for the time being to take care of what's important to them while they have spare time. My brother is one of these players I got him to read the new rules just a week ago.
And as far as Jaya sharing I can not say he did share the account (Jaya Tci) but I do know he used a few accounts that were not his. I do know he uses bugs to benefit him in PvP I do know he uses a auto clicker I do know he trash talks harasses and bullies players miners and adults. I do know he lost his main account once and has been jailed agian since then and been released.
He is a cheater he is a lier he is twisted in the head and unfortunately for the players he is a bully. Ask him for proof of level purchases he won't have many if not none at all because he has bullied for levels he has scammed for levels traded gear that he cheated to get for levels but unfortunately for us ordinary players he still gets away with all of this for lack of proof. The hard part in getting proof of his abuse is he is fast with actions and spam chat to cover up his remarks before you can screen shot it. He is good at what he does because he's done it so long and got away with it.

There shouldn't even exist such a rule as "no sharing of accounts" end of story. What real harm is there in sharing accounts? I see none at all. So what if a shared account gains levels faster, go cry a river. That is my two cents.
Pretty much all mmorpgs have this rule - the main reason that sharing accounts is a problem is that it reduces the comparative value of everybody else's account(s)
I see where it may cause an integrity issue for an account or accounts, but if you pay attention to who is playing an/the account you know easily if an account or accounts has multiple users, if there are accounts breaking rules they should be monitored a little closer, and if such offenses are to great, that account should be listed as non shareable, shouldn't ruin the game experience for all tho, just my thoughts.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one (even if the preponderance of evidence gathered over decades of gaming by virtually all game developers worldwide is solidly in my favor

)

Yes we shall have to agree to disagree, added note, just because virtually every game developer worldwide is doing something wrong collectively doesn't make them right in what they are doing

I agree with both points you two made there, while still maintaining a different opinion on the proper outcome - wish everybody could get along so well lol
