There shouldn't even exist such a rule as "no sharing of accounts" end of story. What real harm is there in sharing accounts? I see none at all. So what if a shared account gains levels faster, go cry a river. That is my two cents.

MadMikael's post was BEFORE the change in how GMs handle shared accounts (it's perm jail now, but wasn't before)

EDIT - Additionally, there may be cases where an account is found/known to have been shared/traded before the rule change, but it isn't shared anymore... MY GUESS is that such an account wouldn't be perm jailed, but also may not receive things like special skins

Pretty much all mmorpgs have this rule - the main reason that sharing accounts is a problem is that it reduces the comparative value of everybody else's account(s)

This thread was never about the harsh nature of KOREA's punishment. That rule was established, broken, and punished. The issue here is that another player who constantly and repeatedly breaks rules that would get most anyone banned from FT has been released as repeatedly as he has been caught.
He has been proven to commit extortion, sexual harassment (including of minors), and bug abuses so many times, I cannot list them all. And yet, he continues.
To be honest, I am surprised that Play Store complaints and Real World criminal charges have not been filed.
Jony/Jaya and his kind will be the downfall of FT.

I never actually claimed harshness, Nahgus. I was simply pointing out that KOREA was being used as an example comparison to try and show what "seems" like preferential treatment of a player who has done far worse in this game, yet still plays as if he is untouchable.

Yea. I said "seems", since not all details are known, but the cons of allowing Jaya to play far outweigh the pros.

did you know Korea or even you met him before?
He was a great and one of the trusted and honest guy. He often helped low lvl players with spwaming, transfering items, golds...etc. many times he helped me doing some hard quests even I was a very low lvl archer and he didn,t know me. ( most high lvl alts won,t answer you when you say him/ her "hi"). I remember when he was fishing at the river, often he gave caching items for players as a gift. one nice day I got a staff 1k from Korea . That,s why it,s too sad when you lost that kind of players here in the game.

The subject here is Korea or the difference in treatments among players violations?
Once i was told that scream a lot may cause release from jail. I don t know if is true, i don t care.
I had too a good friend jailed, i m sorry for him, but he was first to admit what happened and told me not complain for his release.
Honestly, i don t like sharing. Many times happened i was killed while saying hello to a supposed friend, but he shared with somebody that didn t care. I won t say names, those people will never be in my friends list and i avoid them.
So, if we are talking about differences in treatment i m with you, about sharing no, causes more trouble than benefits and is not social as it seems.

Clearly you either 1 are too ignorant to catch the point of my intentions on this thread even though I have already spelled it out in simple words as well as I could, or 2 you are just trying to turn this away from Jaya. Maybe because you use Jaya or may be a friend I don't know don't care.
If you are in his defense that's fine but it does not change the fact that he has broke the rules several times with little punishment.
I do not know who you are in the game nor on this forum and I couldn't care less. Call bs if you want to that's you two cents and that's fair in my eyes and I'll say yours ain't worth much either.
I am not posting for KORIA to be released although I do believe it is bs how their case ended I have no say in that matter the staff make those decisions but this really looks bad on their choices.
You will be ignored at least by me as this thread seems to be by the staff team.
