Forgotten Tales

I installed the game and tried to create an account. I filled everything out and chose my class and then hit register. A little box pops up and says Loading wait.. then disappears and nothing happens. Click register again the same thing. So then I hit back and try to login. Screen goes black and I see what looks like the game trying to load for a second and then back to login screen with the message cannot connect to server.. please try again later. I've tried for around 2 hours now with no luck.

There is a known problem with Russia authorities blocking some Russian users' IP addresses from accessing servers in the West

I'm in the US in Tennessee.

I still can't get it to work. I'm on a ZTE Android version 7.1.1 phone.

I did create a new test account to verify that it isn't an issue with new accounts (I'm also in USA for what it's worth)

did you try several names or a second email to make sure those aren't the issue?

otherwise possibly a blocked port?

I've passed this to the admins, they can check the connection logs.

I've tried different usernames and I've tried my Gmail and my Hotmail email accounts to no avail.

Are you updated to the latest version?

My Android is up to date and as far as I know the game is up to date, I just installed it today from Google play.
