idk how gms handeling it !

It need to be discussed and cleared before it can be used i think, to get no problem.

In the game is still a translater.
You only have to hold the chatline some seconds.

Only if you are using Google Keyboard (Gkeyboard) which is another add on program.
I do not have that on my phone and have no long press translation.

It is a third party program but it does not harm the game play to understand another player in their language. It should be fine to use in my opinion.

Third party programs listed in the game rules are directed mostly to autoclickers and macros. Translators are not included in this rule.
