For reports about your account such as problems like
(Quest problems, Lost items, Can't login, Purchase errors or other common issues)
Tell your character name and a brief description of the problem you are having and wait for a GM to write you a private message. If a GM does not write you within three days you can send your report directly to a GM.
If the problem is related to purchase errors submit your report and if a GM does not write you within 24 hours send your report directly to one gm. Please do not write multiple GM's at once. If the GM you sent your message to within three days send your report to another GM.
Do not send your report to the GM INBOX. The GM INBOX is inactive and will not be answering reports. Spanish->

I assume you mean for them to use this thread for such reports? I can see every complaint having a separate thread started if not, this might clog the new posts category. Just wondering.

Item (664 Cemetery+Key) and (665 Holy+Water) restored in raksal backpack. If your backpack is full and you do not see the items please throw out a couple of potions to see the quest items restored
