Clan improvments

1)
Three new options between different clans:
Pact:
If you have a pact with a certain clan you can't target them, or attack them in any way. Same with their buildings. The clan name only will appear in purple if you see a player in that clan
Peace keeping
Clan name appears orange. You can target them and attack them but there'll be a 0% chance of a drop
War
Clan name and rest of players name appear in red. In PvP the drop chance changes to 60%.
2) clan stats
Awards players perks if a king or lord upgrades these.
Eg:
War bonus: each upgrade awards a +5% attack bonus when in PvP with a clan you are at war with. (Max 30%)
Increase +5% cost 5,000,000 and 15% more with each upgrade
Donation bonus:
Awards a bonus when donating to the alliance. Each upgrade gives +10% bonus and costs 10,000,000 to upgrade and cost increases by 50% each time
Max increase = 100%
(Eg, clan has a 30% donation bonus, if I add 1,000,000 to funds a bonus of 300,000 would be added)
