In-Game Info Display Time

Post by Humble_M »

A couple times, I've displayed in-game info, such as /pos or /time, because I need that info included in a screen capture. However, the popup info always vanishes before my fingers can hit the screen capture buttons on my device.

It would be nice if these pieces of information displayed a few more seconds. I think 5-6 seconds should be enough. But the current display time just doesn't work.

An alternative idea:

Options on the settings menu to have /pos and /time displayed on the game screen in the same way as FPS currently is.

NICE! I like it.
For menu item:
  • /time - across the top between mini map and bag
  • /pos - across the bottom.
  • same size as currently displayed with the CLI c/w the shadowed line.
OR as H_M mentioned, display a little longer with a new CLI: /tp = time and position displayed as described above for 10 seconds (fixed at the time of command) to allow screenshots.

I wonder of displaying FPS draws much battery power?

I never knew FPS could display. If /pos and /time displayed the same, is that always on? If not, then back to my original point: increase the display time.
