I,m not against of rules..but not only the king of prem jail, quick kill, authoritarianism....etc. I believe in resocialezation. I am so sorry to hear this kind of arguments here. Most of players are kids or young people here. No comments more...teach them aggretion..and don,t be wondering that what are they going to do in real life...at school ..etc.

I disagree - I think it teaches them to know what is required of them and to act accordingly. Furthermore, I believe that punishment teaches that actions have consequences... hopefully they can learn this here, in a safe place, and take that with them later in life. Additionally, the "perm jail" sentence is more about protecting the 95% of the players who don't cheat rather than rehabilitating the 5% who do.

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with this statement, but I would be interested to see where you found the evidence to substantiate it.

I gree with punishment..but step by step...not sunnedly prem jail...it means death penalty...for example a player ask a friend who has high lvls of crafting to craft an item and for an hour share his account. Is it matter for other players? Can we call him/ her a cheater?...what,s the definition of cheater???

Definition of cheat:

intransitive verb
1 a : to practice fraud or trickery denied the accusation that he cheated
b : to violate rules (e.g. cheat at cards/cheating on a test)

(emphasis mine)

Sorry leone that you didn,t noticed it yet. It,s enought to ask players that how old are you? Or you make conversiation with them or check thier facebooks...most of them are between 12-16 yrs old.

I've ignored this for a couple days and this morning I've seen a few good points and good conclusions. But however this has been pulled away from my main point. It seems that Jaya Tci lost his dwarf account Hellwave for being a shared/traded account, but still Jaya has his harassing bullying account to continue his old ways. The fact that he abuses bugs and uses fowl language constantly and uses what he has that others don't to bully players into buying him levels is not right. It is abuse it is cheating and he's done it long enough that he needs to suffer for it.

For what it's worth, my opinion has always been that game threats for items/gold should be allowed (barring continued harassment of specific individuals) because there is a legitimate role-playing aspect to it.... however, bullying for IAPs (including levels) Should be perm jail on first offense. (yes, I recognize that I'm on the very strict end there, but imo there simply is no place in the game for it, so why allow it, even with mild punishments?)

Just a simple question ..
Let say a student goes to school or college...
He does any offence...
What do you think the school should do?
option A) Give him detention, teach him his mistake and give him a chance to reform?
Option B) Permanently rusticate him from school for 1st time mistake itself?

Those who opt for option B are called Authoritarian. If school started Rusticating students for all 1st time offenders then the students won't respect the teachers and the authorities anymore. Yes they would just Say "hello or hi" out of fear just to avoid trouble but that won't be out of respect.
If authorities tries socialise then that " hello or hi" will be said out of respect.

Yes if the Student does any criminal offence of serious kind then yes that deserves severely punished even to be rusticated from college.. i do support that..

i just am saying that authorities should be cooperative for 1st time offenders (those who don't do a serious offence)
For repeat offenders or Serious offenders on 1st time also should get severe punishment like " permanent jail"

And last but not the least I never support jailing of any innocents... Jailing even one innocent even by mistake is what i call authoritarian.. And no i donot support it... and yes that's not a good thing. No one has any right to jail any innocent people and say " your case is being investigated "(Well if case is being investigated then do the investigation first and then jail the guilty. not the other way around) .... and finally the innocent player don't know how long he has to wait 2 weeks/ 3 weeks / 4 weeks .. and finally after repeated pleas , his case gets heard and he gets released..
