Quest to get spiked ring.
The quest to get the stolen jewel by killing the masters in the tower. The reward is the spiked ring. Quest ID 75. I have been searching for the tower the NCP said to kill the masters at. Does he mean the mage tower? Or is there another tower he is talking about? Any help would be appreciated.

That tower is on same map. Sapphire dragons spawn by it. Stolen jewel is on second floor in a chest. Good luck.
