First you should try the email recovery system.

Without the email, it is likely that the account is lost.
If that doesn't work, you could attempt to contact an administrator on it, but the chances are not good.
To do so, please write a message to ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=9711 which is the GM Inbox.
Make the subject something like "account recovery, need admin".
Include your account name, details of the issue, and whatever else you can remember.
If you decide to include receipts of purchases, the GPA codes are needed (it's a really long number); however as I said it has been a long time so I'm unsure if anything can be done.
Be also aware of how the game rules have changed on things like sharing accounts since that time to be more strict viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2560
