High lvl attacking low lvl bug

Hi, my lvl is 1719 and today I was attacked by 3k+ lvl, I'm not in clan and didn't attack him before it and I didn't choose him to attack. It was in ice cave, where cave giants, I can't wright his nickname, it is a digitals, something like this 136787546, he is swordsman from WAAR clan, lvl 3.8k+.

and when i lv 200 in clan Uruk kay lv 500+ atacked me and i atack him. some time later i leave clan and he still atack me. ok. but now im 1,2k and him 700+ i see him on map and i cant atack him! want know why lol

The enemies list is a hidden feature that allows players to attack players they've fought with before, regardless of level.
The list of players is only so long.
Players get bumped off a list as new pvp ensues.
It is entirely possible, if not involved in a lot of pvp, for a list to not change much over several months.

I thought that people only stayed on that list for a specific period of time.

Curious: Just what is the reason for the list to be hidden?

It is not time bound.

I would prefer it to be visible, just like the friend list currently is.

He still can attack me, I think it is a bug, he have pvp every day, but his enemy list didn't changing. I have pvp whith him a month ago.

I don't PvP, but I'm curious about a few things. Does this list include only people against whom you initiated PvP? So someone attacks me and I decide to retaliate I would not be on his/her list?

I think the key words are "you attacked" not defended from.
