Crafted PVP Protection Bracelet

Along these lines, I've often wondered what the point is for the various colored "mixtures" in the game. Sure, you have to grab a few for various quests, but they aren't good for much more than that from what I've seen. Aren't these supposed to be used in crafting or something?

Now there is an EXCELLENT idea, already in game ... Use for some healing stuff, or enhance gear!

It is a renewable bracelet.
If you replace with a ring of level 100, each status will be -12.

Clan members and Outlaws Not equipped.
It disappears when the owner becomes a clan member or outlaw.
Is possession possibility impossible?

I think that high level players do not need this item.
It is a major remedy for low-level players.

Not all non-outlaws are necessarily good.

Don't judge a player based on the colour of their name....
Judge by actions - they speak louder than words.

Kill the outlaw who killed you. Help or ignore the others.

At a minimum I'd suggest paying close attention to others. An outlaw heading straight for you could be cause for a fight/flee response, but the same can be said of others too. If you're in a clan though it's an entirely different story.

No need to be paranoid, but it's a PvP game whether you want to participate or not. Eyes open.
