Ahaaaaa Yes, some people;

• too young for a credit card, or
• that never applied for one, or
• that never use one online, or
• like me, that lost it due to "Personal Bankruptcy" and after 5 years of not being allowed one, and learned how to live without it, and when I could get one it was,
  • "Say what! $15 a year maintenance, in the 80's, and I don't get a 10% discount for using cash and I have to pay interest if I don't pay it off 100% every month!"
  • so I refused to get another.

Add to that, the fact that a lot of people want to be what they are not:

• a Dwarf is not a Worm,
• a Swordsman is not a Spider,
• an Archer is not a Bat
• a Mage is not a Pteradactol - ummmm, maybe with a spell
• an Ogre is not a ... well, an Ogre is an Ogre, not a Cyclops!

well, to be entirely fair, a ninja is not a knight...

ninja are Japanese Knights or a Knight living incognito as a ninja.

ALSO: neither is a "Viking", unless it's another incognito Knight, which I am.

I was just having a bit of fun here considering there were, and are, monster skins (some of the pets) in the regular skin package if I'm not mistaken.
