Time of bug :ft time 10:38
All of shdw clan tower get unactive on all russian attackers.when the were active 2 mins ago.there was no restart.
How that possible?

This happens after the destruction of the building because of which the auto attack was delivered.
This error is not a critical,you can re-set auto attack manually.
