Could possibly belong to either of the 2 other people on map. Did you happen to see them? The one sitting at shop and another near the tower. If there is a bug of this manner newly discovered great.... another thing to add to the list of bugs/rules being broken by these abusers at a time when we're short on gm's

Interesting, I have seen him there as well. Never put the player doesn't qualify for those pets together though.
