Duke Control Panel
It would be interesting to have a control panel for dukes only, to help regulate clan matters. You can turn them on/off or manipulate them. Here are a couple ideas for settings to have on it. Each heading will be a tab, the first Tab being rank permissions
1. Rank Permissions
= Check Box Yes/No
This is what may appear when the Duke opens this clan rank permission setting
Member
Invite Players
Upgrade buildings
Buy Barrack troops
Buy/Sell Builds
Create/Remove alliances
Marshal
Invite Players
Upgrade buildings
Buy Barrack troops
Buy/Sell Builds
Kick Members
Create/Remove alliances
Lord
Invite Players
Upgrade buildings
Buy Barrack troops
Buy/Sell Builds
Kick Marshalls/Members
Promote Members
Create/Remove Alliances
(Yes you could customize it to where Lord's have no permissions, and Members have all)
2. Buildings
This can be individualized for each building, but for sakeof organization I will put it in the Duke control panel
Tower
Color
Target Lowest HP
Auto attack enemies
Only Materials and Missile Storage
(Repeat for castle, this can be customized for each tower, but I believe it works better if it is used as a whole)
Barrack
(Input) Max Troop limit
Auto Buy Troop
Color of Barrack
Ability to sell/ buy troop (Rank requirenment, ex change to only Lord's)
Target only enemies
3. Alliance Permissions
Use Gates
Ability to access clan storage on buildings
Ability to access clan craft on buildings
If ally is attacked on clan map, buildings auto Target the attacked
4. Clan Gold
Send notice to all when gold reaches (Input)
Duke can take gold from clan gold
Give (Input) clan gold each (input) to highest workload or to (input) player(s)
5. Clan Alert
Send emails when under attack
Send alerts to allied clans when under attack
Receive alerts from allied clans when they are under attack
Thoughts on this? Is just a way for dukes to control some more settings. You can debate about whether one small setting should be added or not, but as a whole judge it.

Re: Duke Control Panel
I think we've discussed something similar before (that's not to take anything away from this post). I like the toggle on /off ideas , particularly the one that allows the duke to remove gold from clan coffers.

Re: Duke Control Panel
I have taken note of all the suggestions I have seen over FT, with this new server release, I feel it was time to suggest a way to implement these suggestions, especially with the bigger audiance that may come from the release of apple.

Re: Duke Control Panel
All but the Ability to access clan storage on buildings because of this will start a big problem with thieves.People will ask for weaker clans that have a strong alliance, supposedly to help with building, but in fact it is only for scamming.

Re: Duke Control Panel
I agree with Mr Maks.
For new players to the clan who haven't yet earned trust:
Upgrade buildings ✔
Access buildings

Re: Duke Control Panel

Re: Duke Control Panel
Agreed. I think it would alleviate some if these issues around trust, particularly with new clan members.
As ever, the coding side of it is completely beyond me though!
