I can understand your anger. If you bought the "Full Gear Set", you're right; every item is classified as "can not be dropped" according PvP rules.

Ok: quick solution. Go to red Cyclops dungeon under Silverwood Castle. A chest in there contains the mithril plate. You will need a key from the warlocks wagon which costs 2m from memory.
Yes, it's not the one you purchased but it is something until GMs respond to your message.
If not, I believe rats drop them and so there's an option. I'd have to check % drop rate. I will help if required.

you'll find the "staff" of GMs is somewhat limited in numbers right now, but they're building it back up. thankfully, FT has probably the best community of players you'll find anywhere. For what it's worth (very little I suspect lol) I completely agree with you that those items should be PvP protected as advertised. I do have a level 100 armor I'd be happy to give you if I see you in game... if you see a Spiral BlitzBee skin in game named BlitzCraig, please introduce yourself
If you purchased gear from the play store and lost it in pvp you MAY have an argument. I'm not the developer but I would think that if he intended for the purchased gear to not be dropped, he would have coded the gear with a separate game ID. As blitzcraig stated, you would need to contact a member of the GM staff which you indeed have already done. You have completed the first step. I have passed this issue on to compbatant so that he can take a look at this since this was indeed as you said a real money purchase. Please be patient as compbatant is very busy at the moment. One way or another I would like to post here the results of the outcome of this issue so that all players will be able to see if purchased gear can or cannot be dropped in pvp.
