Is the Princess Resa quest broken?

New character and the fishing Ogre the told me to bring her to the King. She is not appearing.

So I created a throwaway character and simply walked over the map line and no Princess.

EDIT #3:

No, I created a third alt and Princess Resa is nowhere to be found.

Like Gull says one post down, the gentleman seeking 3 swords and 3 bows shows just fine.

In making alts I have noticed at times she spawns quite a bit north of the road.and at first did not appear just the guy needing 3 bows and 3 swords.

I did a search pattern from the south west corner of the map east to the road north to the kings summer place and then a little north and west to the edge again, a little north each time until I reached the river.

Then I did a north - south search working east from the western edge of the map to the north bound road.

No Princess.

I still have the quest on term to.....I have some success finding with alt, but Im guessing a code was written to overwrite old quests because I it doesnt affect any other quest....mainly affects older accounts..but questlog still there bugs me sometimes

Well, untill the Princess Quest is working again it's a broken quest as well.
