If they are lvl 100 rings then in Ardesia to human or orc to open the quick way from Ardesia to Hobbs Gold Mine. Rings are hard to get so unless you want to go to mine a lot carefully think about it before finishing that quest. The human and orc are each in own house that has small square that says suspicious area.

Ring 100 drop from ice trol in ice cav. Staff 125 need staff 50 and 10 mushy bones to craft

Unfortunately, 100 rings do not drop very easily from those ice trolls...

True, I spend an entire afternoon there with worms and only got one ring.
