My little Clan was atacked Day for Day from Azamat04ru. He wants 250 m Gold or items +3.this is blackmail and Not Game conform i think need help.

I'd suggest sending this to GMinbox, I'd guess this behaviour isn't condoned by the game rule set. Personally, I think anyone trying this is a dirt bag who deserves jail or some other punitive measure.

In these cases, they need to be evaluated carefully; it is not a small issue to be taken lightly. If found guilty, the offending account may be punished according to rule 9, or possibly a more strict punishment if the offense was excessive enough.

Keeping on the topic of blackmail. The [MeMo] and [KIL3] (Clans owned by the same person, btw) have been aggressively attacking allied map of Map 2,-2.

Normal clan war, yes. But today they decided to try extort and offered to cease sieging if I pay 1.8b.
