Yep, they are. Ry said best: glass cannons, and it annoys me when players take them to places above their level and then get upset when they die quickly.

Yes, they get fast xp but be a better player. Or accept the consequences.

As a GM this issue angered me to know end. So many reports from players claiming spawn killing or pet killing. They were all a bunch of liars and fatmouths. In my opinion Ogre Halflings shouldn't be allowed as pets but they bring in big revenue. I hate players that use ogre halflings. I hate them with a passion.

Actually MadMike gave me a pair ... just so I'd know how they kill and die. Almost sounds like a James Bond movie.
They do kill fast and they do die even faster.

Actually, Chameleons (available at 1500) have the potential to be worth getting, depending on the grind. Same dex as worms, and higher DPS (when FREQ taken into account).

Did not realize until just now how weak the LB's are with only 90HP.

Worms > chameleons imo because of the higher hit points.

I've always preferred spiders, lower dex but slightly higher hp and better damage, plus half FREQ of worms.

The half FREQ is doubly important not just for damage rate, but the time it takes to switch targets after one is killed + time until it goes back to rest spot (latter only applies to melee pets when heading back to heal).

That time between kills adds up when it takes 2 seconds to switch targets instead of 1 and you're grinding for hours.

With such a high DPS and lower HP, wouldn't Lightning Blitzbee qualify as a high-level glass cannon?
