We all know the trade bug abusing is still here, so when you sell something expensive to a player (like skins or pets...) You should propose him to send you a message in the mChat of the forum to say that he is selling you something and he agree with this.
This is good for you, this is good for the community, this is good for the GMs who want the community to read the rules of the game, and it cost nothing to do that.
Dont forget to write "/info" in the game tchat and take a screenshot so the GMs can ban or talk later with the guy who you are trading with and maybe get you what you lost back like a superhero
I remember telling a player in open chat once, "I agree to be jailed if i scam 'playerx'." I then asked them to do it. That immediately filtered out the scammers. They'd logout. Lol

Maybe I'm just extra cautious whilst trading, but I haven't had any problem buying/selling anything so far.
Many have tried though, I'm just not quick to hit that accept button.
Personally, spam traders get fish (Randomly trade me for no reason). If I cancel the trade and they keep changing the offer to "force" it to pop-up on my screen again, I just take whatever Item I had off and replace it with a couple fish. Usually gets them to stop.
Nobody likes the fish meow. :c
But yeah, guess since I've been gone a while I've not experienced the bug, unless it's something I referred to above. I'm always cautious in trades; scammers e'rrywhere in e'rry game always be tryin' to take them shinys.
