The process being reffered to does not make a player lose levels. It adjusts their level based on their grinded xp

EXAMPLE:
Bob(10001), yesterday, signs in today and sees Bob(9367) immediately thinks:
so since I'm Lost ... I was wondering about Bob's Lost Levels ... and all those other Lost Levels...HEY I Lost 1634 levels ...

One friend told me between 10 and 20, he wasn't really sure.
