About crafting plus (+) items

I was able to craft +1 items a while ago.
Can I craft +2 items?
Is the probability of crafting uniform?
It is a complicated feeling as an archer who is good at crafting (having a high success rate) if it simply varies depending on the level of craft skill.
If the establishment varies depending on the success rate, the significance of the existence of Archer is established ...

I believe if you craft an item that allows for + varieties there is a 1% chance of it being a +1 and a 0.1% chance of it being a +2 item.

Is crafting +1/+2 items the same rate as dropping them now? I dropped a 75+2 club recently, pretty lucky I'd say. Is the rate as low as crafting them tho?

I think I've seen the craft/drop rates are the same.

Hmmm... A 1/1000 drop with a 1/1000 chance of being +2. A true "one in a million" drop. Congrats!
