Yep! To check your game version, click on the 'What's New' page on the Google Play Store and scroll to the bottom, where it should say 'version: 7.5.3"

I do see at GUGL Playstore:

Now on the computer version I have there is a file: version.txt that reads: 7.5.3

Would be nice if that showed in the "Credits" page.
