I was unloading some unfreeze pots from my pack and accidentally threw out my mith pick.

I had to mine mithril with a regular pick ugh...

Somewhat relates to this thread: if you have any important items, never store them on your pets if possible.

In simple terms and as we will all have discovered:

when pets die then items are lost.

When players die, if items are stored in the player's backpack(s) then they will not be lost.

But yes, a big ouch to losing the mithril pickaxe.

Always could be worse...I accidentally hit do you want to remove this pet? and saw it tumble over and die! but I'm uncoordinated in a panic situation!

Many of us always have extras so if an oopsie happens feel free to ask and we can both laugh and moan along with you!

I am very thankful that my craft level is a 7 and I'm an archer.

LostKnight I still have the full set of mith tools that you loaned me on my sword that have now been transferred to my mage if you ever need them back.

I've accidentally dismissed my pets before also. I was sad.

Loaned? Yes that's true BUT the due date on that loan is the day after forever!
