The Orc Who Wants His Ring

So I spoke to the orc outside the orc settlement, and he asked me to retrieve a wooden ring of his from the dungeons to the west. Now, I already cleared these dungeons AND emptied the chests long ago, but now I've reached the dilemma that he won't accept a ring that ISN'T from the chest, despite it already being sold. HELP

Did you clear out all of the chests in the cave before you first talked with the orc? I seem to recall that he wants you to go back in the cave after you've already been there once.

In order for you not to waste the ring if you don't have the orc ring quest yet when you open the chest you get a message " there is nothing valuable in here so you leave it". So the ring should still be there in the room with the floor that looks like sand. What key you need for the door according to my notes is yellow and probably need another bright pink to open chest although it might still be open I suppose.

Wow what a wild first sentence. Simply put, if you didn't do the quest you cannot take the ring in the chest. Therefore it is still there so you can now do this quest.

You can buy this Ring in the frost cave shop, if I'm not mistaken. Past through the maze of club archers in the cave NW of the underground village.

u need the original ring out of the chest.
a bought ring ot works on that quest !
if it is long ago u have that quest...and u bought one, because it was too long ago,
u need a GM to fixx that quest !

Update: I got the appropriate keys! I then went to the orc, who then requested further assistance. He offered to give me an enchanted ring for 750m, in order to complete the quest - what a WASTE! I'm now down by 750m, with nothing to show for it but a completed side-quest. Wow.
