Quest 76 - I cannot remember this one to get the spiked ring. Can anyone help, please?

Map 1, -3, right side, around the middle of the map. NPC wants you to get the stolen jewel from the tower on the bottom. Avoid people spawning there who don't care about you completing a quest and return the jewel.
Old soldiers never die, they just fade away.
