Treat OUTLAW players like a mobs/monster in FT
You killed bad guys!
You do good deeds!
You finish mission!
You gain rewards!
Don't PK others so won't be a target for a mission
If outlaw kill quest is implemented I'm sure a lot of pk will behave properly!
PvP and bad behavior!
