Hi the portal map 1,_2
Close for me but i see player pass from it
I think its open at lvl 1500 but still close and mege no alowed im pass what happened? Why i can't pass ?

I may be wrong here, but is that the npc where you go in his house in an earlier quest? He warns you not to steal from his house.

My recollection is that if you check the treasure chest then you can't use the portal and if you don't check the treasure chest then you can use the portal.

I think he need item and i shuld bring him
I didn't notice if the box was opened to steal

If you open the chest in the mage's house you are labeled a thief by the villagers. There are some small changes in items needed for later quests in the underground villages, but you also cannot use the portal to leave.

Always need ques in the game need item
