Center house in Ardesia

In previous discussion in this thread it is recommended you talk to Ascanius. The quest files seem to suggest this as a prior to Ardesia prisoner quest also. He is supposed to talk to you about defeating Sebastius. Just guessing from what I read worth a try.

I spoke to ascanius. He gave me 4 levels as an oleeeereeeee reward

No, definitely not. It's a fairly old quest and it is useful for future players. No spoiler needed in my opinion.
