Ppl that would want to sige others for their reasons or fun without allying or joining clans can not do so.
For example player X makes clan A and wants to sige....how can he?? Every one hates X and will not ally him or X is a secret acc..
He can not sige..

There is probably a need to make some kind of sulution so players not allyd with ppl to make ballista.

This can be abused by using low level alts (while still being above level 100) to make clans and siege on alternative devices, with many accounts at a time. It's fine the way it is now, as it prevents this sort of abuse. If you want to craft ballistas, join an established clan, and if not, you have to establish your own clan. If you cannot do this, this is not the game's fault.

If you took a moment to read what I said, I believe it can be abused by using many different accounts of the required level using spam clans. If you don't have or are not a member of an established clan, then you can't siege other established clans, and that's how it should be.

I'm not trying to establish my own clan but if I was, how can you attack a clan to establish one if you can't make ballista to attack the clan
