Portal Stone from devil in Ardesia

I was in Ardesia searching for miners. I flund a demon/devil in a hkuse with a quest icon. I clicked him, he yelled Traitor! And some demons/devils spawned. I killed them and got a portal stone. What is it used for? I don't see anything about this in the quest logs post. Anyone know?

The portal stone is used on a level 20 quest. The quest is on the map south of Martek in the castle ruins. The devil's inside are the same that spawn in Ardesia.

Yeah, I remember that quest. I was just surprised by the traitor comment from him and the new drop. Thanks.
