Character info
When we check a character info
What appears is their name, lvl and set their wearing.
If its possible adding their present stats or opt.for views will help too
It will be useful during pvp
Reset AI at start map might be abuse though haha
Well if you die you spawn at startmap and since you have an idea about their stats you just need to adjust it to gain upper hand for the second round.
I think its useless for mages though

Re: Character info
No. Not everyone engages in pvp. Why should they be disadvantaged so pvp players can target them?
Re: Character info
I think all this would encourage is hunting players, even more than there is now. Players would know they have an easy target, go to reset, or just message their friend at spawn on how to set for an easy kill. High level players wouldn't even be safe because any low level player they wouldn't normally give a second thought to could be passing along info to an enemy.

Re: Character info
I think seeing the enemy's stats would horribly effect the PvP. What if someone wants to keep his stats private.
If you see a person's Dex and go over his number you cinda turnd on auto-win. ( NOT ALLWAYS)
Allthow the character info should be changed in my opinion, that is not how it should be. Mabye the clans full name? Mabye a player himself adds a signiture there?
What about badges? For example:
GM - Is a GM
Awsome constructor - Built over 100 thousand workload.
Map editor - is a lvl 2 map editor
Supporter - is a game supporter
Extreme writer - wrote over 3000 posts on forum.
And more... This would be given by the GMs ofc.
Mabye for example a circle and in it a hammer. If you cliekd on it it would say:
---Awome Constructor---
This badge is given to accouts witch built over 100 thousad worklad.
Badge given by: System.

Something similar was proposed a couple of years ago, so this is the perfect opportunity to continue the discussion.Barkley wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 8:50 am I think seeing the enemy's stats would horribly effect the PvP. What if someone wants to keep his stats private.

There were some great suggestions, for example a toggle on/off function for those who don't want their awards/titles to be made public.
Here is it for those who are interested:

Re: Character info
For over 3000 forum posts they could have a "blabbermouth" title or something!
Really though, I like the idea of recognition for various things, and as the venerable MadMikael stated there could be some unwanted recognition as well. Whatever you can think of really.
-Scammer or being jailed for certain things
-Years of play
-Skills
-Clan distinctions
-Game development
-PvP recognition
-Former GM service
-Others
But I don't know if it's an option for many. There was a suggestion once having to do with anniversaries of when characters were created and compbatant mentioned that wasn't tracked. Some things like skills 10+ would be available and others would be fairly exclusive and easy enough to figure out, but someone could have 10k PvP kills or something like that and the data likely isn't tracked.

Re: Character info
I am a character.
But that is probably widely known already!
Seriously I think if there are things to be proud of in the game it would be nice for some sort of recognition a kind of bragging without having to brag about it.

Re: Character info
yes it was my post on registration dates, and yes, it is not possible to trace the registration date (grrrrrrrr).SellSword wrote: ↑Thu Aug 13, 2020 3:33 pm For over 3000 forum posts they could have a "blabbermouth" title or something!![]()

But the idea of bringing out the salient things of a character is good and right.
I insist on the registration date, percentage of completed quests (very cool).
I would not enter anything on the PVP carried out, it is an insignificant data in my opinion, but a chronology of the clans you were part of.
I would also enter the number of messages on the official forum, the date of last access to the game.
then if I do not exaggerate, I would put the ranks at certain levels.
Up to level 50 stranger, then Lord, Ser, citizen, Legend, wanderer, so the name would read "Ser Syor" or "Wanderer Syor" or "Legend Syor".

Re: Character info
The game quests already have a few "titles" built in that I know of. "Hero" status after one of the main quest lines, "Dragon Slayer" after another short quest line. I'm sure there are more in game things already. Displaying them as a sort of badge of honor on the character info would be neat I think.
I'm probably rethinking ideas already posted on that link, aren't I...? I guess I'll go see!
