It's his "Cat Tree House", also "The Cat House".
Probably the most chopped down tree in FTlandia.

It use to be that:
if you owned a rock, you could mine your house or
if you owned a tree, you could chop your house or
if you owned a pond, you could fish your house
while you were crafting in your house
or just accessing your house to store stuff
That was taken away for an untold reason.
Even though a lot of people choose those houses specifically for that reason.

Once upon a time when players could access their houses from a distance I could chip, mine, and fish while still using my house. Location may have been key for that.

Yea that was awesome and it got me testing.
I could only mine and chop from my house, Rockheim nord i Steinheim nær Kedington. Still can but have to mine another rock nearby.
And from my Ardesia rock-in-the-pond, Rockheim sør i Ardesia, I could, and still can, mine, fish and chop while accessing home, but I have to mine Fenris's rock house.
