Tonight I went into a cave with ice monsters so that I could retrieve a stolen sack for Santa and the first 2 monsters I killed dropped the sack and this item:

I have to get a red mixture for the man with the broken leg.

Does anyone know where this mixture is?

Also, is there any other level 40 quests besides gsthering materials for the throne builder in lost town, the old man dog quest, and the man with the broken leg?

I also need one mithril ingot for the throne but I do not know where the mithril is located.

Red mix is in the shop on map -1, -3. It is not safe for pets on that map and might not be for you. Maybe take some speed potions and try to dump the blitzbees on the guard near the shop. Having someone go for/with you might be a better option.

Mithril ingot you need to be level 75 and get under Silverwood. You can probably get one from someone too. (Yes, I know it's technically possible for you to get earlier but we won't get into ridiculously dangerous area that would require a high level escort...)

Thank you SellSword. I dont know where that map is so I will try to get an escort. Thank you for that link. Do you have a spare mithril ingot?

Also, is there a place on the forums where I can see the different skills for my class and how long it takes to drop items when I am fishing, mining, and chopping?
