Up to a total of 100 slots available in bank/tavern each. 1 upgrade works on both, so it's a 2 for 1 deal (or 40 for 20 really).

It has been said before that there is no limit on extensions for either house or bank/tavern, so unless there was a recent change I think you can hold as much as you want.

Maybe it is a newer change house limit? Or maybe not. I recall after I got my house thinking I could double the capacity for half the cost of a new house. I ended up getting three extensions and always thought later I could do two more bringing to 10 page max. But don't remember now why I thought that.

the only reason id like it is the fact that my alt (wich i dont have yet) could use the house too

If there was a way to allow a minimal shared storage (house, bank, tavern, whatever) for the sole purpose of moving items to an alt, and to prevent any possible abuse I'd be all for it. So no other character having craft options at a house and no other person being able to access in any way.

Everyone can create an alt. That is not an issue. Using alts to hold or transfer items for/to yourself is accepted. Not everyone has access to a second device though.

I have access to a second device, but sometimes it isn't an option. Half of the time I can't seem to locate my tablet or old phone because the kids left it somewhere. The other half of the time I know where it is and the battery is dead because the kids didn't plug it in. The second other half of the time I know where it is but I'm flat out too lazy to go get it. The third other half of the time it all works out fine.

those rare times that I happened to enter with my daughter's phone to pass items ..... could I be blamed for passing the account to another ?????

Because of this fear, I no longer made the passage of objects with my daughter's phone, and I pass objects only when I have friends available

NOT a problem at all.
I accessed the game with 3 tablets all the time until one died, then used 2.
Then the PC version of the game came out and I'd log in multiple times from my PC - no problem.
Had a screenshot here showing me and 5 alts all on at the same time, just to show I could.
