Hatalı yoksay komutu(Incorrect ignore command)

i really like the ignore command. but there is something I think is a mistake. for example, I'm blocking a player that annoys me. After i ignore it he cannot send me a message and trade request. however, even if I block it, he can still see the message I wrote (global message). Maybe I ignore him because I don't want him to read my messages! can't it be?
