1. How you you know he went from 3.1 to 0,2?
2. Are you an outlaw? - then attacking is allowed
3. If you are both in clans? - then attacking is allowed

   He was lvl 450 mage I was on ogre and then he gone other map he is back then I loged my mage who is black to but! He was so fast like a gm spped
