How to set E-mail recovery?

Hello my question is how to set email recovery? When I log in my account I go to try buy thing from store when I clicked on store shop it told me to that I'm high lvl and I should make E-mail recovery but how?

That's strange. When you register your FT account you are asked to assign an email address.

Did you do that when you registered? If so, check the inbox and you may have an email asking you to verify the account for recovery.

You are not asked to assign email anymore during registration.
Email is set after reaching level 10 and opening shop or other building.

What version do you have installed? After clicking confirm button you should see "/setemail" in chat input and than just type your email address and press ENTER.

My phone version is 4.1.3, and version of Forgotten Tales MMORPG Online is 6.8.1,when I click on shop it tells me that I'm high lvl and I should make email recovery when he says "You will not receive any other massages",I click on right icon and the game get me out and nothing happened after

I finally know the proplem it was my phone version was old that why I tried to log in high version phone and I fixed the proplem thanks Soo much for helping me

The problem was more sophisticated.
The old client require setting email during registration but probably you set not valid email and server asked you to set proper email but old client can't display text input window when requested by server.
