Correct, if you are above the level 3377, you will slowly start to gain less exp from monsters, the link in Akkilles's post give proper info regarding the change, along with this post here, viewtopic.php?f=2&t=18321 "The XP displayed in monster details window shows now proper value for players with level above 3377."
