While this game offers 2 ways to ask for help, each takes advantage of the most "comfortable" one. I think.
My personal opinion from being active in both is that the forum is a better option for ongoing discussions that mostly stay on topic. Discord can be used for some discussions in more real time, but many of the comments are essentially worthless spam.
