There is a clan map nearby and it is possible the player appeared from there.

Players are allowed to attack other players. There is nothing in the rules against attacks as long as they are not constant and harassing from one player. In this situation you appear to have been attacking the lions and another player attacked you which is allowed.

A GM is not going to warn every player that attacks you unless it is against the rules.

This person has already killed me twice. He is still harassing and attacking players on the map (3, 3)

When I went to (3, 3) after death, he was killing a dwarf, I don’t understand why he is so powerful

Me and the dwarf were killed by him

So he killed me three times

And continue to harass players on the map (3, 3) many times

Can this make him punished?

Or is it still impossible for him to be punished?

If gm can't stop him, won't I be able to upgrade the level on the map (3, 3)

I would guess that the player probably has higher dexterity than you so he is able to hit you while you have trouble hitting him. Many players who enjoy PvP set their stats differently than those who don't enjoy PvP.

You are also attacking him. If you don't want him to kill you then try a different map, run when you see him, or log out. You can't really expect to stand there voluntarily fighting someone and then complain about it afterwards.

I haven't actively attacked him before
But I know he will kill me if he kills the dwarf
That's why I attacked him
So can he keep killing people like this?
And can't he kill the same player all the time?
He has taken the initiative
Killed me twice
So the only way to face outlaw is to shrink back?

Then if I am killed by this outlaw on another map later, I can only change to another map?

If you have attacked him you are on his enemy list and he can attack you any time he wants to. Your name will stay on his enemy list until he either forgives you or it gets replaced by other names.

All I'm saying is that if you are attacking him back you can't really complain if he kills you. You don't have to stay there, but if you choose to you can't really complain if you get killed. And him killing you only 2-3 times doesn't seem like it is any great harassment though others may disagree.

You or others can face an outlaw or not face an outlaw or any other player. Whatever you want to do is up to you, but if you stand and fight you might get killed.

Sellsword is correct. If you attacked him first, even thought he was fighting with someone else, you are in his attackers list and he can attack you anytime, anywhere. Your name will appear RED to him, so he can easily ID you.

And there will be no range of 3 any more, he can buy 100 levels and still attack you.

Best advice: stay clear.

Yes I saw you were trying to help, help you only succeeded in getting yourself in hot water in this case.

And him killing you only 2-3 times doesn't seem like it is any great harassment though others may disagree.

So the question is: Would "harassment", IE: "excessive hunting of the playerA", even come into play if playerA attacks first and is on playerB's "List of Attackers". After all, that's why they are on the list!
