Is there a limit on how often you can use a mana potion in the online game

Have bought a few potions trying to grind and level up, but can click on one 20 mana icon to restore mana, and then clicking on the icon again does nothing for a long time before I can click on it again

What you see as your blue mana bar includes mana from both your stats and your gear. Mana potions only refill your mana from your stats. So if your mana bar looks half full and you can't use mana potions that is why.

That's the simple version at least.

at higher level mana could be unlimited, bec. regeneration of mana is faster than use.
That means ... if u r using mana-spells, and mana points gone, the regeneration of that will be faster than u r waste the mana.
maybe between 1k-2k level that effect will come.
