The lighthouse is on the same map - in fact not far at all from the General.

but there is NOTHING in it. I tried it with 2 accs !

The general tells you to go there for a reward. There's an NPC there. The confusion is that you ALSO have to complete some quests to free/help some devils on the next map before you can get the reward. You can complete the quests in either order, and both will tell you to go to the lighthouse for a reward.

It's not ideal, but you can complete it that way.
