pin feature

hello everyone! who agrees that we need this feature over here?
pin up to 2 quests
pin up to 10 items in inventory
pin up to 4 friends in our lists?

today i was thinking about it, and thought it isn't that extra hard to code it, and it easify our daily playstyle.
for example, i have item X in my backpack, and by misfocus i removed it from backpack, having Y amount of items other than it. X was in the first 5 slots of backpack. now its in page 3 (for example). X should be in the first 5 slots (or first page) so it's safe from dropping it by losing a pet.
this feature will help us also organise our equipments by pinning the most important items in the first, lets say, 7-10 slots.

Interesting idea, but why quests?

pin up to 10 items in inventory

mage's scrolls should "automatically" be in the first 5 slots and then start counting 10 items.
Melee characters get 10 items.

pin up to 4 friends in our lists?

I like what meri said and will go one better:
The first page of our friends list should all be "pinned"
- that would be 15 of a list of 90

I agree with all of these (except quests). We've asked for similar before.

To go one further.with another request that has been made in the past, a drag and drop facility for inventory items will be fab.

BTW, please explain the benefit of pinning quests! I would love to know.

I'm in favor or any sort of inventory organization option. Pinning/locking has come up a few times and I'd be fine with that or others.

Friend list I've suggested the option to order it a few times. Kind if a pain when you talk with some people on the 2nd or 3rd screens more than people on the first screen.

Pinning quests the only real benefit I could see is sometimes I'm working on a "kill X mobs" quest and need to swipe a few spots L or R to see my status.

SellSword said it, and mostly i was yesterday doing the quest of killing tarantulas, all time tapping on the arrow everytime i am entering the tab.

yep and my friends on first list are almost offline so everytime i have to swipe to second and third page to talk or wait the replies

For the quest list, maybe if it just stayed on the last page the way crafting does. I suppose it should reset to 1st whenever a quest is completed, though.

Quests:

Last received stays as first in list - until cleared.

So instead is the list being 1 → 10
it's 10 → 1

Because there are quests in our lists that occupy position 1, 2, 3 etc that are not actually doable yet, they should be on page 3 or 4, not on page 1.
