Unfortunately, I don't think houses are allowed in the Blood Palace either...

Rotting Catacombs and Blood Palace have all been designated for no houses as well so if anyone has houses there they should get relocated.

I guess it has never occurred to you that the maps were not supposed to have houses allowed on them but they had houses placed there by mistake? I never once said that I determined where houses could be placed so you should stop writing nonsense.
