That is a good question! I know it used to be in the online game you could only drop one pair of lowest level boots at a time from crocys. You had to give the boots away to get a second drop so maybe this applies to blitzboots too since online based off offline. That doesn't explain why you can't drop stings. The honey bee stings are used to make a HP potion and should work all the time. Wish I could help. I don't think I tried to make blitzboots when I have played offline.

A dangerous way of testing, but in the online game, if you drop items you have a certain amount of time leaving them in the air before they disappear.

I wonder if this works in the offline?

Only try this if you're not bothered about losing the 100 blitzboots!

Hello.

Playing offline version of game, and i m trying to craft Blitz Boots, i know that stings can be dropped on blitzbee island, but the droprate seems to be very low, as it took me a lot of time to collect 10 of them. And successfully crafted them. But now i m trying to build another one for my teammates ( knight, ogre and so on ) but it looks like that stings doesnt drop anymore, or m i that unlucky ? killed like 100 honey bees and none of them dropped single sting. Are blitz boots limited to only one at time ?
