Player reports only can include screens and description. It not always show everything and can be not enough proof in GMs eyes. Also forum rules not allow external links(even youtube).
Should be some possibility to attach video in player reports.

I should think you could pm a gm and ask if they would mind watching your video report. They will either say yes or no.

I believe that GMs have a way to essentially view events as they happened. This is why the time and location (/info) are so important.
